Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas) to bring premium feline products to cat lovers everywhere.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days delivery after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days delivery after shipment
International customers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes. These charges vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
Our 15-day return policy gives you time to ensure your purchase meets both your expectations and your cat’s discerning standards.
Important: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened food products (Dry Food, Chunks in Gravy, Flaked, and Grain-Free items)
- Used bowls or feeders (Bowls & Dishes, Elevated Bowls, Feeders)
How to Return an Item
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Receive Authorization: Our cat-loving team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the unused, undamaged products in their original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Oakland facility using a trackable shipping method: Wellness Sales Returns

USAReturn shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your request within 5 business days.
Refund Information
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive your return.
- The refund amount will exclude original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
- For PayPal payments, refunds may take 3-5 additional days to appear in your account.
- Exchanges will be shipped via your original shipping method once we receive the returned item.
- If upgrading to a more expensive product, we’ll invoice you for the difference.
International Returns Note: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with returns. We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially reduce fees.
