Our Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Receive Authorization: Our cat-loving team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the unused, undamaged products in their original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Oakland facility (address below) using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your request within 5 business days.

Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive your return. The refund amount will exclude original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error). For PayPal payments, refunds may take 3-5 additional days to appear in your account.
Exchanges will be shipped via your original shipping method once we receive the returned item. If upgrading to a more expensive product, we’ll invoice you for the difference.
